A new company.
A crew with twenty years behind it.
DAVIE Services is owner-operated by David Lopez out of Lakeville, MN 55044. The company is new. The people doing the work are not.
We like building things and finishing them properly.
David started DAVIE Services for a simple reason: he likes building with his hands, and he likes making something that is both beautiful and useful. That is the whole of it.
The crew he brought with him carries more than twenty years of experience in the trades. There is not much on a job site they have not already run into, which is the difference between a problem that costs you a week and one that gets solved the same afternoon.
Because we self-perform the work instead of subbing it out, you deal with one contractor from the walkthrough to the punch list. Nobody hands your job to a stranger halfway through.
