What the work looks like in Apple Valley
Most of Apple Valley went up between 1975 and 1990, which means a lot of ramblers and split-entries with the original layout still in place — including the wall between the kitchen and the living room that almost everyone eventually wants gone. Cobblestone Lake and the Central Village area are the newer exceptions, and those jobs run more toward finish upgrades than reconfiguration.
Commercially, the Cedar Avenue corridor and the Cedar and County Road 42 intersection carry most of the retail and small-office space, and the Red Line station areas have brought steady tenant turnover with them. We do build-outs, restroom and ceiling work, and the occupied-space repairs that have to happen after hours.
