What the work looks like in Minnetonka
Minnetonka houses sit on wooded lots with real grade changes, and much of the stock is 1960s and 70s contemporaries and splits — cedar siding, tall window walls, cathedral ceilings, and decks that are long overdue. Those decks and window walls are a large share of what we get called for, along with kitchens that still have their original footprint.
