What the work looks like in Eden Prairie
The Golden Triangle is why we are in Eden Prairie as often as we are. It is a dense block of office and light industrial between I-494, Highway 212 and Highway 5, and it runs on tenant improvements — a lease ends, walls move, ceilings and flooring get replaced, and the next tenant needs it finished before their move-in date. That is our core commercial work.
The houses are mostly 1985 through 2005 two-stories around Valley View and Prairie Center, plus the newer Hennepin Village and the larger homes out in Bearpath and the bluffs. At that age the work is roofing, siding, window replacement, and kitchens and bathrooms that are a full generation behind.
