What the work looks like in Savage
Savage is the youngest housing stock we work in — a large share of it was built between 1995 and 2010. That whole cohort is now twenty to thirty years old, and it all comes due at once: original roof, original siding, original windows, and a kitchen that was builder-grade the day it went in. We do a lot of all four here.
The lots tend to be tighter than Lakeville’s and the grades steeper near the river bluff and the Credit River, which matters for decks, walkouts and anything that depends on drainage. Commercial work here is the light industrial off Highway 13 and the smaller retail along County Road 42.
