We collect only what we need to quote and run your project. That means:

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, and the address or city of the property.
• Project details you send us: what needs doing, drawings, punch lists and photos.
• Basic site analytics: pages visited and how you arrived, used only to understand which parts of the site are useful.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank details or government ID.

• To prepare and send your estimate.
• To schedule a walkthrough and coordinate work on site.
• To keep you updated while the job runs and to close the punch list afterward.
• To meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed Minnesota building contractor.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers who help us operate: our messaging provider, email host and website host. They may only use it to provide that service to us.
• Suppliers or specialty trades on your project, and only what they need, for example a delivery address.
• When the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Estimate and project records are kept as long as we need them for warranty, licensing and tax purposes. Enquiries that never became projects are removed on request. Ask and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

• Ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
• Opt out of text messages any time by replying STOP.
• Ask us to stop contacting you altogether.
