What the work looks like in Eagan
Eagan is the one city on our list where commercial outweighs residential. Between the Eagandale industrial area, the Lone Oak and Blue Gentian office corridor and Viking Lakes, there is a great deal of leased square footage here — and leased square footage means tenant improvements: demolition, framing, drywall, ceiling grid, flooring and paint, on a schedule someone else set.
