What the work looks like in Edina
Edina has two completely different kinds of house. The Country Club District and Morningside are 1920s and 30s period homes, where the job is making a kitchen or bathroom work for how people actually live now without making it look new — plaster, trim profiles and original millwork all have to be matched. South of the Crosstown it is 1950s and 60s ramblers, and those get gutted.
Edina reviews permits and inspections more strictly than most of the metro, so we price the paperwork and the inspection schedule into the job rather than discovering it halfway through. Commercially we work the 50th & France retail block, the Southdale and Centennial Lakes offices, and the medical space clustered around Fairview Southdale.
