What the work looks like in Lakeville
Lakeville is home — the truck is parked here, so a callback usually means same day. The housing splits three ways: 1970s and 80s ramblers and split-levels around Lake Marion and Orchard Lake, the large two-story subdivisions that went up between 1998 and 2008, and new construction out in Avonlea and Spirit of Brandtjen Farm. Each one brings a different kind of work.
The 1998 to 2008 houses are the busy ones right now. They are hitting the age where the builder-grade kitchen, the original roof and the first set of windows all come due within a few years of each other. On the commercial side, Airlake Industrial Park and the Kenrick Avenue retail strip off I-35 keep us in tenant turnover and warehouse finish work.
